A Day of Brazilian Musical Culture at The Jazz Centre UK
Join us for a vibrant celebration of Brazilian music, dance, and culture — and its influence on jazz in the UK! In partnership with Brazilarte Academy, we’re bringing a day full of rhythm, movement, and learning.
🎶 On the day:
12:00–1:00 PM – Aidan O’Shea
Aidan will talk and demonstrate, focusing on instruments, artists, and the origins of Brazilian music, exploring its influence on jazz, funk, soul, and hip hop.
2:00–4:00 PM – Live Demonstrations from Brazilarte
