Jazz 825 presents: Brigitte Beraha and Lucid Dreamers

Brigitte Beraha brings her Lucid Dreamers trio to the JCUK today, showcasing her improvising vocal style, with the emphasis on exploration, expression and testing the limits of the voice as an an instrument. She has been involved in a wide variety of cross-genre projects, and has recorded a number of albums, both as leader and as part of collaborative projects. Performing with Brigitte are three of the country's best instrumentalists: Alcyona Mick on piano, last heard at the JCUK as part of the astounding Perfect Stranger ensemble; George Crowley on saxophone and Tim Giles on drums, both making their JCUK debuts.
