Trumpeter and leader Loz Speyer's compositions distil the essence of Cuban music (absorbed during extended periods working in Cuba) into an improvisatory context. Exploring the material with Loz are Martin Hathaway on alto sax and bass clarinet, Billy Marrows on guitar, Mark McQuillan on bass and Anmol Mohara at the drums.
