About the Event
The Southend Jazz Co-operative made their first appearance at the JCUK last Christmas, in recognition of their 30th year of existence, and the event was such a success that we have asked them back this year. The Co-op is a collection of amateur local jazzers, who meet weekly for rehearsals at Hadleigh Old Fire Station, under the direction of local pro saxophonist Jon Seeley, or that of visiting star professionals who bring some charts for the Co-op to get their teeth into.
Jon Seeley will direct them today, Adult admission £8: free to students and Under 18s.
