About the Event


Katarina Ström is a classical pianist who has been working at The Royal College of Music in Stockholm for 42 years. She is a professor of interpretation at The Royal Swedish Academy of Music, where she also teaches chamber music.

Her repertoire ranges from baroque to contemporary music and she likes to combine works from different eras in the same programme. The aim of the recital at The Jazz Centre is to present a variety of different genres spanning over a hundred years.
