About the Event
Our newest Patron Zoe Rahman's classical training, her Bengali roots & her incredible improvisational musicality, justify her recent Ivors "Impact" Award as she leads this really exciting trio brought together to help us promote International Womens Day (8th March).
As one of the most in-demand bass players, Flo Moore has recorded and performed with the likes of Ezra Collective, Tom Barford and the influential Nerija, the UK's leading female frontline jazz ensemble.
The trio is completed with the hugely in-demand Berkelee College of Music trained drummerJas Kayser, who at 24 years old, currently fills top venues with her new and exciting style that explores the common grounds between Jazz and Afro-beat.
The gig is of course all about the music and Zoe's promised to pull together a really exciting set-list that truly demonstrates the eclectic nature of contemporary jazz.
