About the Event
A selection of photographs taken at The Jazz Centre UK between August and November 2019 where live music is performed every week by local and nationally known players. Most of the performances take place in the Lower Atrium of The Jazz Centre, but there is a monthly Spike's Place gig in the small lecture theatre on the ground floor. We have been fortunate to present a diverse programme of improvisational music ranging from the traditional to mainstream to avant garde.
Mick Gawthorp is a retired teacher with a passion for photography and jazz.
