Simon Woolf Trio with Andy Panayi

Simon Woolf returns to the JCUK, but as we've not seen him before: seated behind the keyboard of a piano, rather than standing behind a double bass! Simon leads this trio exploring the work of what he calls the Big Five songwriters, ably abetted by Dave Chamberlain on bass, and the creative force that is Andy Panayi, one of the country's finest jazz saxophonists (and flautists), who has demonstrated his exceptional gifts in so many settings over the last couple of decades.
