Spike's Place presents Clark Tracey

Clark Tracey is one of Britain's finest jazz drummers, and has specialised in discovering new talent and nurturing it in his bands. Today's quartet is a blend of youth and experience: on piano is the widely respected Dave Newton, while singer Emily Masser is a new face, currently studying jazz vocals at the Guildhall School of Music. Youth is also represented by bass player Josh Vadiveloo, who impressed JCUK regulars mightily a year or so ago, as part of Xhosa Cole's thrilling group.
