About the Event
A welcome return to The Jazz Centre UK for Ted Beament. Ted occupied the piano stool in the Humphrey Lyttelton band for many years, and has played his way through the Who's Who of British jazz, and with many international notables. He has given us fine demonstrations of the art of the piano trio in the past; today he brings one of the best rhythm sections you could ask for: Alec Dankworth on bass, and Rod Brown (the legendary Phil Seamen's last pupil) at the drums.
